2. Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
• We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, dimensions, mesh sizes and images, but minor variation may occur.
• Card statements will show the descriptor NETGOODS COVER.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders, including suspected fraudulent orders.

3. Product use, claims & safety

Our insect and mosquito nets are physical mesh barriers. They are not repellents, insecticides or pesticides, are not chemically treated, and we make no claim that they repel, kill or control insects or provide protection against insect-borne disease. They work only by physically blocking insects when correctly fitted.

Cat and bird safety nets are a supplementary safety layer and supervision aid only. They are not a guaranteed escape-proof system and are not a replacement for a professionally built fence or secure enclosure. Pet pens are for supervised use only.

Installation, correct fit, ongoing inspection and supervision are your responsibility. Keep small mesh, cords and small parts away from children under 3 and pets to avoid entanglement or choking. Always follow the included instructions and our usage guide.

4. Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. See our Shipping, Returns, Refund and Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and the Netgoods name — belongs to NET GOODS LLC and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NET GOODS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including failure to install or supervise correctly. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in Florida, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the latest terms.
