Refund policy

When your return is approved, here is how your refund is handled.
When refunds are issued
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds apply to items that meet our Returns policy — unopened and unused, or confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card details. The product price is always refunded; original shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Processing time
- We approve and submit eligible refunds within 2 business days of receiving the return.
- Your bank or card issuer then typically takes 5–10 business days to post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still do not see it, please contact your bank first, then support@netgoods.shop.
Partial refunds
A partial refund may apply if an item is returned with missing parts or packaging, or shows signs of use that are not the result of a fault.
