Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day(Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Rates & delivery times

United States

• Free standard shipping on orders over $60.
• Flat $5.90 standard shipping under $60.
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

International

• We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipientand are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for several days or your estimated window has passed, contact us at support@netgoods.shop and we will help locate it.

Restricted destinations

We cannot ship to destinations subject to applicable export restrictions or sanctions, or where carriers do not deliver. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 30 days. We will work with the carrier and replace or refund your order — see our Returns and Refund policies.
