Returns policy

We want you to be happy with your nets. Here is exactly when and how you can return them.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any item that is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Items returned in this condition are eligible for a full refund of the product price.
Items we cannot accept
For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, the following are not eligible for return unless they arrived faulty or damaged:
- Nets and mesh products that have been opened, installed, cut, trimmed or used.
- Items that are soiled, contaminated, torn or damaged through use.
- Products returned without their original packaging or missing parts.
- Final-sale or clearance items, where marked.
This is because netting cannot be hygienically resold once opened or installed, and cut-to-size mesh cannot be restocked.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping. Please email a photo of the issue to support@netgoods.shop so we can resolve it fast.
How to start a return
- Email support@netgoods.shop with your order number and reason.
- We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
- Once received and inspected, we process your refund (see our Refund policy).
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, Netgoods covers return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
