Do your mosquito nets repel or kill insects?
No. Our nets are physical mesh barriers only. They are chemical-free and not treated with any repellent or insecticide — they simply keep insects on the other side of a fine weave when fitted correctly. We make no repellent, pesticide or disease-protection claims.
Are the nets safe around food, kids and pets?
Yes — because there are no chemicals on them. As with any netting, keep small mesh and cords away from children under 3 and pets to avoid entanglement, follow the included instructions, and supervise children at all times.
Can the cat balcony net be used instead of a fence?
No. Our cat and bird safety nets are a supplementary safety layer and supervision aid. They are not guaranteed escape-proof and are not a replacement for a professionally built fence or secure enclosure. Always keep supervising your pet.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your card statement will show “NETGOODS COVER”.
How much is shipping and where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. US orders over $60 ship free (otherwise a flat $5.90); international rates are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping policy.

How do payments work — is it secure?
Checkout is processed by Stripe over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and is PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card number.
